This is the second vehicle that I bought from you within two years, and I would definitely have recommended prior to this experience. This time everything went so smoothly and sales person. Shawn was good to work with. however, I did everything online prior to showing up the last time it took me less than an hour. This time I waited for over an hour for the finance person who sat in his office with his friends in there talking. Not another person was waiting for finance and I was told it would just be a few minutes. I almost left, because watching somebody catch up with their buddies is ridiculous. When I was clear, I needed to be in and out quickly because I had to return to work. So very unlikely I would recommend Ricart because the reason I recommended in past was how quick and easy the process was however, Nate needs to spend less time with his friends and more time working. Everyone was friendly and the purchasing process was very easy and not stressful at all. We had a lot of questions and they willing to answer each one. There was no pressure to purchase at all which was nice easy and not stressful at all. We had a lot of questions and they willing to answer each one.
