I had looked at other dealerships before stepping foot in to Ricart. None of the other dealers had anything as to what I was looking for. Aaron met me at the door, greeted me, and right away asked what I was to Ricart. None of the other dealers had anything as to what I was looking for. He said it might be tough, but he'll do his best. We went to his desk and right aways he started taking notes. I had my two children with me. He offered them popcorn and engaged in conversation with them making the whole conversation about what I was looking for easier. He found two vehicles right away. We test drove one, and the other I could not drive. Then he found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I test drove it and loved it. We worked a price that would work for me. Then I was given to Bryan who explained everything in detail so that I had no questions left to ask. The next morning Aaron called to see if everything was going ok with the bank and if I had any additional questions. Once everything was good to go on my end, I called Aaron. He had the car ready to go when I got there. It had been washed and cleaned on the inside. I met with Bryan again who had everything ready to go and was really pleasant again to work with. He made sure I had all my docs and understood what I was signing. Again I met with Aaron once more who attached my plate, filled my tank as it was on E, and wished me well. I would recommend this dealer alone on the service I received from those two gentlemen. More

We had an overall "good" experience with Ricart used car factory. Joe Hollenbach, our sales person, is very friendly, courteous and has good product knowledge. If we have any criticism it was our experience in financing with the push to purchase a service contract with the additional costs added to the stated deal and monthly payment. The particular day of purchase was at closing time and while we initially agreed to the service contract we opted out of it the following day because of the overall added cost. In our opinion, selling of an additional service contract should have been offered during the initial sale and not during the finalizing of financing. However, overall we have a good rating for Joe and Ricart. More

Matt Kmosko was my sales person. He was fast and effective even though I am a very picky person he worked till he found my 2004 honda accord and never once did he try to push the sale.
