I was very satisfied with the salesman and everyone that I met the day of the sale. The only issue I have is 1 week after purchase I had to bring the truck back to the service department due to the service I met the day of the sale. The only issue I have is 1 week after purchase I had to bring the truck back to the service department due to the service engine light coming on. On 11-7-22 they determined it was the two catalytic converters that was clogged. It’s my understanding that all vehicles go through an extensive inspection before they can be allowed to go on the lot to be sold. I guess I’m surprised that this issue was not caught on that inspection. And I am still waiting on the parts to come in so my vehicle to be fixed. However Ricart is fixing everything at their expense. And they did give me a rental car until mine is fixed. Just more of an inconvenience then anything really. More

As soon as we got out of our car, we were immediately greeted by Josuel Salcedo. So very friendly and made us feel like long time friends.
