So my car was making a grinding noise and they told me to bring it in at 10 this morning. Mind you, I JUST GOT THIS CAR! (45 day tags expired Nov 1) I pay extra on top of my car payment every month for a war bring it in at 10 this morning. Mind you, I JUST GOT THIS CAR! (45 day tags expired Nov 1) I pay extra on top of my car payment every month for a warranty that covers electrical problems, mechanical problems, rentals, roadside assistance, etc with only $100 deductible. After sitting in the lobby of the dealership service shop for HOURS they bring me this paper and tell me NOTHING IS covered under my agreement because it was all caused by a different size tire on the car that he accused ME of putting on even though I haven’t had ANYTHING done to the car since it left their lot! And tires are not covered on the agreement. Just to wait for more HOURS for him to come back and tell me he found on the car fax where the previous owner put the different size tire on and the dealership “missed it”. Said he would try again to see if they would cover the problems since it was something that THEY MISSED. AGAIN, HOURS LATER, he comes back and says they’ll only cover the $3000 part and nothing else, not even a rental even though they sold it to me this way and it will take 2-3 days to fix! In summary DO NOT DEAL WITH Ricart Automotive. I waited 8 hours in their lobby for NOTHINGGGG!!! A total of $5204.40 for THEIR MISTAKE! More

Brandon responded fast. Very polite. Quick and fast service. Treated my 9 year old wonderfully. Everyone else I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Traded in my car an Very polite.
