The process of trading in our vehicle and purchasing the new vehicle was smooth. The only frustrating part was sitting on a couch for 2 hours to do paperwork that took 10 minutes, with our trade in we were new vehicle was smooth. It took us 4-5 trips to negotiate the right deal for our vehicle and one of the salesman we worked with (twice unfortunately) was just plain rude, argumentative and just seemed overall sleazy.
