The process of trading in our vehicle and purchasing the new vehicle was smooth. The only frustrating part was sitting on a couch for 2 hours to do paperwork that took 10 minutes, with our trade in we were new vehicle was smooth. It took us 4-5 trips to negotiate the right deal for our vehicle and one of the salesman we worked with (twice unfortunately) was just plain rude, argumentative and just seemed overall sleazy. The dealership is clean & the staff very friendly. John Thornton was especially wonderful to work with. I'm very particular, my husband would say picky, but John listen to everything I said. He took all my wants seriously, no matter how insignificant they might seem to someone else. I never felt like he was rolling his eyes or being judgemental (while my husband was in the background).
