Car buying process was smooth, other than the system outage to complete the financing. Crystal was great to work with. One down side was the vehicle was not clean! Crystal did some minor clean up as I outage to complete the financing. Crystal was great to work with. One down side was the vehicle was not clean! Crystal did some minor clean up as I was completing paperwork, but I had to take it to be cleaned again. The back seat area had a lot of sticky stuff- not wiped down in the arm rest areas and visor.
