My son bought his first car from here on July 25 2022. He drove the car for a day and it went bad. Ricart did make it right the next day. Problem comes when the switch the paperwork from the original car to the new one. It is September 10 and we are still dealing with issues. He has paid his first car payment for a car he doesn’t have yet ( explain in a minute). After he paid his payment he got a call he was late on his car payment bc he still had the loan for the original car as well. So that being said it hurt his credit. We have been in multiple times to get this corrected and it’s still not right. His second car had some damage when he bought it but it was scheduled to be fixed and it’s getting fixed now, but like I said he bought it 25july22 and we still don’t have the car yet. They did make it right by giving him a over night test drive car so he could get back and forth from work. But being this is his first car buying experience it has left a bad taste in his mouth which is expected. Things still aren’t right and they need to be made right soon. More

Initially, we visited the dealership on 9/5/22 and met with a salesman, who went over prices and payments with us. Then came back on 9/7/22, but met with a different salesmen who was unable to get us the with a salesman, who went over prices and payments with us. Then came back on 9/7/22, but met with a different salesmen who was unable to get us the same prices and payments as the first salesman. We ended up spending almost 6 hours at the dealership and ended up having to pay more than we anticipated, but still left with the vehicle we wanted. We are thankful for those who helped us and had to stay past closing to finish up the deal. Everyone we came in contact with was welcoming, friendly, and helpful, as best as they could be. Although we were unable to get the price and payment we needed, we still had a good experience. More
