My Service Rep , Maria, kept me informed of the progress in getting my transmission replaced. She was very professional and though the progress was slow and fustrating (issues out of her control) all ended in getting my transmission replaced. When I took my truck in this morning I expected to drop it off and pick it up after lunch. I went in to wait for the courtesy shuttle got a cup of coffee and my service writer came back and said they are p it off and pick it up after lunch. All services were great except for the wait time. Service advisor has never returned my phone calls.
