This was my second purchase within 4 months from this dealership and the second time was definetly a winner. The first time, I made a great purchase on a 2012 328i, but didn't take the time to find out dealership and the second time was definetly a winner. I had a super experience, was made to feel like a rock star, and drove off with a pretty sweet looking ride. But after having it for a few months, I decided that looks weren't enough. I decided to return to the same dealership, where I explained my conundrm to Josh, where he took the time to explain all of the options that were available to me compared to what I didn't have on the prior purchase. Where in the world was Josh the first time??!!? Had I known what I was missing, I could have been driving in heaven the first time around. Talk about someone that knows his stuff. This young man is informed and passionate without being pushy, and truly educated me on the ins and outs of the vehicle. What I found most impressive is that Josh had worked his way up from lot attendant to sales, where he took the time to actually get to know the cars- and he know the cars. Easy to get along with, educational and honest, it was a fantastic experience. Josh helped me make an improved decision that allowed me to make a delightful trade for a vehicle that it is more than I could ask for! I also had the pleasure of working with Kelly Perry-another professional who knows her stuff. This is a flexible dealership that works hard to satisfy the customers wants and needs, from the top down. Rounding out my experience was working with Sam, and Lance in service. I went in to look at a used car they had on the lot, from the start when I first met Joe it was a great experience. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Roshan was very good and made sure we got everything we needed, even when we changed things midstream on the paperwork. After the deal was closed he took the time to go over the car with me to make sure I understood the vehicle. Kelly was very helpful and even bettered the rate on the financing for us. Overall one of the best experiences in buying a car we have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone. More

The ENTIRE staff at Richmond BMW was very welcoming from the time you enter the door. Rashan is very knowledgeable when it comes to all BMW models. Bob was also help during the transition process and equally knowledgeable with unique features of BMW automotive. Bob helped me after the sale with a couple of items promised by Richmond BMW. Kelly was smooth as always and I worked with her at another dealership on another purchase. Again, very knowledgeable!With all of the people mentioned above, they were not pushy and "in your face" about buying a car, and I like that! I had my first service issue with the car and the Lance (Service Advisor) was right on top of things. Even the shuttle driver who took me to work was extremely nice.
