I have purchased several vehicles over the years and have routinely ended up hating the process until I had the pleasure of working with Kutay (sales) and Kelly (finance). As I've become accustomed to with BMW, the dealership focuses on customer satisfaction. Bought a CPO car and 6 days later 2 tires blew out while driving. The only thing I'm not wild about is their new Perferred Customer pricing where they claim they have "pre-negotiated" the pricing with the market (kinda like Car Max or the old Saturn) where they won't budge from asking price, HOwever, after doing a lot of research I believed that the price was competitive, so it probably is a fair deal, just don't like concept. Thus the 3 on price. More
