Got me out my 2008 BMW into a 2014 (pre-cert) low miles X1 I had a 2008 535XI which the mileage was getting high so I wanted to trade it in before reaching 100,000. I had no hope that I would trade in my vehi I had a 2008 535XI which the mileage was getting high so I wanted to trade it in before reaching 100,000. I had no hope that I would trade in my vehicle nor would I find a vehicle, however, my sales rep was Ms. Stephanie Gasper who and she was patient and helpful. Ms. Gasper showed me all the X1, X3, X4 but I had my eye set on the orange color X1 that really stood out. Mr. Ryan Rhodes was amazing with getting me out of my 2008-535XI. Mr. Rhodes did a great job with working out the finances and to get me in the pretty orange X1. My car insurance went down and that was a big surprise and relief so I am happy with my purchase and decision. I think in the long run, this vehicle will save me money due to the great maintenance package and 100,000 mile warranty. This was a nice and pleasant buying experience at Midlothian BMW and I would like to give a special thank you to Mr. Rhodes for working up good numbers and Ms. Gasper for being patient and staying until the process was complete. Once we got there, however, the service we experienced exceeded our expectations and even surpassed the great deal as a reason to go to BMW Midlothian. Tiffany was our sales rep, and her patience, friendliness, and knowledge really made us comfortable. Rick, the sales manager, gave us a great trade-in value and was also able to give us some solid guidance on owning our first BMW. We also had a great financing experience (how often do you get to say that?!?) Wahid was professional, efficient, and entertaining :) All in all it was a great experience, and we will be returning to BMW Midlothian for our next BMW! More

I took my car in for an oil service and forgot to tell them about my air conditioner. I called later that day, took my car back and Jeff gave me a loaner until my car was finished today...right on time as promised and the price for repairs was on target.
