In the purchase of my BMW X3, there were two accidental misunderstandings. Each of us compromised and reached a fair resolution. One was rectified in my favor; and, the other was rectified in Richmond BM misunderstandings. Each of us compromised and reached a fair resolution. The Sales team placed and paid for an order from Parts. When the second key came in, Stephanie texted me. I stopped by and, within minutes, I was on my way with a programed key for my wife. As usual, the staff was warm and friendly making the "stop by" a pleasure rather than a chore. More
