Residing 325 miles away, I found the perfect X3 30 with the accessories & color I wanted. Steve Lerner of Richmond BMW made sure that we got what we wanted. Steve spent hours with us to demonstrate the ope the accessories & color I wanted. Steve Lerner of Richmond BMW made sure that we got what we wanted. Steve spent hours with us to demonstrate the operation of the vehicle, as it was very different from the 2022 X3 that was totaled. My wife & 83-year-old mother-in-law walked away from this terrible accident with only a few bruises. The safety of the BMW convinced me to get another one to replace it. Steve had our car ready on arrival, and it was amazing to see the features he explained to us on this 2025 X3! Richard Vitek the General Manager, also took time to meet us to assure we were happy with the deal, as he did in previous emails. You can’t go wrong with these two gentlemen at Richmond BMW to see you get a great deal and understand the operation of the vehicle. Thanks guys! More

Got a flat tire in VA. I live in NY. Had to have the car towed to nearest dealer and it was after closing time. They called me promptly the next day and were so kind especi I live in NY. They called me promptly the next day and were so kind especially knowing I was not local and needed my car to continue with my vacation. Everyone was very accommodating. And friendly. They even charged my car for me. I am very grateful to the service department and BMW roadside assistance. More

My vehicle, a 2021 BMW, was in the shop in January due to a malfunction in the driver-side headlight. On May 5, 2025, I had to bring it back for the same issue. Despite the inconvenience, the dealership informed me that no loaner vehicle was available, leaving me without transportation for an entire week. Given the relatively new condition of my car, I find it unreasonable that I was required to pay $1,383 to resolve a headlight issue. More
