Steve Lerner has gone above and beyond for us. He was able to secure an X5 45 E for us on short notice, and deliver it as promised before the end of the year. Richmond BMW's customer service is great. Soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and shown right where to go. Steven Lerner is an amazing sales manager. He took the time out to have all the paperwork ready for me to sign. Even took the time out to walk me through my car, including all the features on the inside. For 3 months straight I had been back and forth to Richmond BMW and worked with Steve every time. When I first met him, I knew he was trying to sell me a car (weird I know) it felt more like he was he Richmond BMW and worked with Steve every time. When I first met him, I knew he was trying to sell me a car (weird I know) it felt more like he was helping to educate me before I made a big decision on what car I was buying. I liked this a lot more than the other sales guys at car dealerships trying to push selling a car to you. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable, great down to earth person and he even helped walk me through all the features of my BMW. No car dealership has ever done that for me. I would definitely recommend Steve and buy another car from him in the hopefully far future :) More
