I was shopping for a BMW 3-series for over a year. Steve Lerner spent a lot of time with me in my search for the right used car. I took my car to this dealership for a routine oil change because I purchased it new from this dealership. The service department left the car running in the parking lot all day after the oil change and dra because I purchased it new from this dealership. The service department left the car running in the parking lot all day after the oil change and drained the battery. Richmond BMW refused to replace the battery even though they were responsible. Their solution was to jump the car. I had to leave to pick up my spouse and when I returned 15 minutes later, the car was running in the lot with all of the doors unlocked, key in the ignition and the entire service department had gone home for the evening. A sales associate was with me when I found my car (which could have easily been stolen) and I asked for someone to call me immediately. To make matters worse, I never heard a word from anyone in their service department in regards to the matter. I now drive to Midlothian every time I need to service my BMW. Don't buy or service your car at this dealership. More

When I contacted Steve via the internet, they no longer had the car i was interested in. Steve worked with me to find another used car for my wife. He found the perfect car for her in NC and had it transfe had the car i was interested in. Steve worked with me to find another used car for my wife. Steve arranged to have the vanity light fixed for us. Steve went the extra mile and my wife was happy with the purchase. We also left with a great xmas gift from steve! More
