This is more a review of our sales person, Steve Lerner, than BMW Richmond, but it's worth mentioning we purchased our 2024 Toyota RAV4 from here at a lower price point (and with better miles) than offered than BMW Richmond, but it's worth mentioning we purchased our 2024 Toyota RAV4 from here at a lower price point (and with better miles) than offered at the used Toyota dealership. It's also worth mentioning BMW sent us home with the RAV4 overnight as a test drive. I enjoyed buying from Steve, not because of his salesmanship, but because he really tries to help. Steve addressed all the concerns we had with the car, having the tires rotated and realigned before the sale. After the sale I noticed a slight pull to the right and Steve stayed late, attending a test drive with me, and filling the tires with air (after noticing the different air pressures and assessing that might be source of the pull). Steve isn't pushy, but he will work hard to make the deal work; ultimately for the benefit of everyone. To me that's a fair and honest exchange and I couldn't ask for more from a car seller. Thank you for your help Steve, I hope this review speaks to your character and integrity, both of which you hold in spades. More
