"Best service team ever!!!!!"

My BMW broke down leaving me stranded 2 hours from home. It was towed to the dealership 10 mins before it closed. The temperature was 10 degrees outside, Bob Calvaneso from the service department refused to let me wait outside for my ride home. He stayed late for a hour and a half to ensure I was safe and not waiting outside in the cold. This means more to me then you will ever know. And show there still is great customer service out there. "Late night purhcase of Anti-Freeze - Excellent Service"

My husband was working on his car yesterday evening and he needed a gallon of Anti-Freeze. I got to the dealer after that area was closed for the evening and because Steve wanted to make sure I got the product my husband needed he went above and beyond for me. He let me pay cash and sent me a receipt for the item via email the next day as he said he would the night before. It was the small gesture of make sure I got what I need that really made me appreciate this dealership and why we purchased my husband's vehicle from this exact BMW dealer last year. Thank you again Steve! Excellent Service! 10 Stars!!!!

"Help with complementary satellite radio service."

I leased a 400 series BMW convertible last September. I was told I would receive a year's complementary satellite radio service as part of the least. Three months into the lease I was contacted by the satellite radio's representative and was told I only had a three month complementary service and would have to start paying for the service. I refused to continue the service and hadn't had satellite radio since that time. I had made several attempts on my own and via BMW representatives to resolve this issue. I was at the dealership yesterday about another matter and decided to try one more time. I was introduced to Mr. Steve Lerner, who took it upon himself to personally navigate a resolution to my problem. After a couple of phone calls, he was told to email a representative at SiriusXM radio, which he did, copying me. He asked me to contact him within the week if I was still without service, and I appreciated the willingness to follow up. Yesterday, before close of business I not only had my satellite radio service back, I was given a full year of complementary service for my trouble. This would not have happened without Mr. Lerner's intervention, and I am very grateful for his persistent, personal, caring help. After this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to continue my relationship with BMW Richmond. When I am ready to lease another car, I will most certainly give them first and foremost consideration. "Amazing Service"

I came in to do and end of lease inspection. Steve was eager to help me. He made every step of the process great. He did the full inspection and walked me through everything he was doing. He even took the time to clear all my personal information from the car. It was great to see someone spending that amount of time with no sale opportunity at the end, and just truly car. This was a perfect ending to a great 3 year lease. I will definitely work with this dealership and Steve for any of my future BMW needs.

"Matt Perry Went Above and Beyond for Me!"

I had an issue with a part in my car that was no longer under warranty. Matt, without hesitation, offered to fix the problem for me at his expense and gave me a loaner car so I could get back to the office. Problem was fixed in a few hours and I returned to find my car fixed and super clean as well - my floor mats haven't looked that good since I bought the car! Thank you Matt for all of your help today and Nick Iantosca was great too! Thank you so much for helping me today!

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE!"

Here I am at the end of my lease of a 328i BMW. I contacted Steve Lerner, Client Advisor for a pre-lease end evaluation. I had never been to this dealership, nor had I met Mr. Lerner; and I dreaded what I thought was going to be an unpleasant experience. AMAZINGLY, I had the exact opposite experience. Steve was super wonderful and made this process easy and (I can't believe I'm saying this) but it was almost enjoyable! General Manager, Matt Perry spoke with me about the possibilities of us choosing another BMW. When I told him I was not certain if we were even interested in getting another car......again AMAZING stuff happened.....he stopped! I have never experienced such above board professional treatment at a car dealership. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE, and after I explained my possible "no additional sales to us" status....NOTHING CHANGED. I was still treated professionally and with courtesy through my entire transaction with Steve, Matt and used car manager, Joey Harris. What a fabulous team. I am certain, if we decide to get into another BMW we will absolutely work with this wonderful dealership. A+ professional service for sure!

I leased the vehicle for 3 years but did not receive the encore information I needed at that time to fully operate the vehicle.
