We were very pleased with the way that J T Gold treated us and his honesty and ability to get answers to our questions. He was up front about the fact that he was new to automobile sales, but his people sk us and his honesty and ability to get answers to our questions. He was up front about the fact that he was new to automobile sales, but his people skills more than make up for his lack of time on the job. He is a good addition to the sales team. We also dealt with Mickey Moseley his sales manager. He was very attentive to our needs and very willing to make sure that we were pleased with the entire sales process. He also made sure that everything moved along in a timely fashion. We have bought several vehicles from Richmond Ford in the past, this was the first since the new owners took over. We stopped in unexpectedly on a Sunday afternoon and ended up buying an Escape AND a Focus. While our visit was a little lengthy, we were treated with great kindness and consideration. While we were completing the paperwork for one vehicle Chris Southworth offered to print the paperwork for the other vehicle to save a little time. This was much appreciated. Our family has been buying from Richmond Ford for years. My husband still has his first truck, a 1984 F150, that his brother uses on his farm. He was interested in our Satisfaction, not just the Sale. A salesperson who put down his morning coffie, outside, on a 20 degree day to assit me, made a really good first inpression. I would recommmend giving him a call if in the market, you'll like what you get! Mickey Mosley was same as above in his attidude, worked out a livable deal without the pressures that most large Dealership have. I have bought many vehicles in my time, and this was one of the few I didn't get turned over to some "Super closer", or, "Hammers" as they are refered to. Originally I spoke with Evelyn, regarding interest in a new car due to my car being totaled. She was very easy to talk to and positive. When I arrived at Richmond Ford, Evelyn greeted myself and my mom and introduced us to John, who assisted us from there. They already had a vehicle ready for me to look at and test drive. John was extremely knowledgeable about the car and the features and answered every question I had. He listened to my needs for what I was looking for and took a lot of time to make sure I understood the vehicle, warranties, etc. For financing, I wokred with Chris Southwroth. Chris was great. He is very easy to talk to and worked hard to give me the best deal possible. Normally the finance piece is my least favortie, but Chris explained everything in detail and it was a pretty quick process. I highly recommed the Richmond Ford Dealership, as well as Evelyn, John and Chris. I am very pleased with my purchase and I have already recommended this dealership and team to my brother and his wife, who are also looking for a new car. I will definitely continue to work with Richmond Ford and will continue to purchase from them in the future! More
Let me start by saying that I'm over 50 and have had more than my share of automotive purchases over the last 30 years. In the last couple weeks I've visited several dealerships who's inventory on new v more than my share of automotive purchases over the last 30 years. In the last couple weeks I've visited several dealerships who's inventory on new vehicles seemed very picked over or who's web site only displayed those "vanilla" "stock" photos. I was impressed with the Richmond Ford web site not only because of the actual photos but because of the abundance of vehicle info, specs, Carfax reports, window sticker access and competitive pricing that was listed. Despite being prepared and having done my homework by printing off window stickers with stock numbers, I still found myself somewhat overwhelmed with the massive inventory levels on hand. Having been to several other lots already, my plan was to check Richmond Ford and another dealership east of Richmond, evaluate my options that best suited me, then go back to where I felt I was getting the best vehicle for the best price. My sales rep, Brittney, gave me just enough steps away from my truck before beaming from out of nowhere to greet, do an introduction and welcome me to Richmond Ford. I incorrectly ascertained that because of her youth that she would lack any meaningful degree of sales or automotive experience. To put it simply, I was wrong. She has 24k ambition and drive. My purchase today was due to her people skills and her ability to work with others at all levels to put a deal together. While I ended up purchasing a very expensive used vehicle, I feel good about the experience, the purchase, the dealership and most of all, my sales rep, Ms Brittney Dillon who made this deal happen. Britney takes the time needed to take care of her costumer and a repeat costumer and referrals is more important than just getting numbers and maybe passing on to others there would be a plus and she is a asset to your staff . there was a issues with financial but all working together got it resolved with a happy new costumer with a great experience there . Honestly I wasn't sure if I could take such a big hit on my trade in because it was fairly new, but these guys seriously helped me feel better about doing it with such a good deal.
