Experience Caring Professional Salesman I was in the market for a used SUV. Jasmeet Singh was referred to me by another family member. I described to Jazz the type of SUV that I liked, I was in the market for a used SUV. Jasmeet Singh was referred to me by another family member. I described to Jazz the type of SUV that I liked, I owned a SUV approximately 3 years ago before selling it. Jazz met my needs and more with his outstanding Customer Service skills. He showed me three vehicles. I test drove two of the three vehicles: Within 30 minutes I was in love with one of the SUV’s from their inventory. Well cared for, one owner; garaged kept; low mileage SUV, like my previous SUV. I purchased the SUV because it will serve me for many years. Just needed something to haul large packages; and travel in occasionally. Also, I referred another family member to Jazz after working with him. Awesome!!! I brought my vehicle to the Collision Center after having an altercation with a deer. Even though I had to wait about 3 weeks for the first available I brought my vehicle to the Collision Center after having an altercation with a deer. Even though I had to wait about 3 weeks for the first available appointment, I was not disappointed in the service I got once it was time to bring it in. April stayed on top of everything! When I first came in, I needed to be picked up by enterprise. Kim called enterprise a few times because they were taking a while instead of just letting me sit there and wait and wonder. I was told that it was going to take week for my car to get fixed. I dropped it off on a Monday (appt was on Tuesday) and it was done by Friday!!! They cleaned my car for me among other things to ensure that I was taken care of. Thank you everyone who was involved in making sure my car was fixed right! More

Went the extra mile I was greeted at the door, and since I indicated I wished to look at the Lincolns was introduced to Chris as the Lincoln sales person. Over the next t I was greeted at the door, and since I indicated I wished to look at the Lincolns was introduced to Chris as the Lincoln sales person. Over the next three days Chris let me test ride two different MKcs so I could compare the ride differences of the front wheel drive/all wheel drive models. I preferred the all wheel drive. I also had a friend who was a ford retiree and had helped me get a discount for two Lincoln purchases and so I wanted to get his assistance with a third. Well this friend is now 88 and has moved. During which time he lost the number to call ford to get a pin number. Chris secured the number and helped my friend. Next,, the colors available on the lot were not suitable to me, so Chris was able to secure the color I desired from a dealer in Pennsylvania and it arrived today. Well to make a long story shorter I am home tonight in the 2018 Lincoln MKc. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for me to purchase the car I really wanted. More
