They made the process of buying a car stress free. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. When I pulled in to the parking lot I didn't know where to park, or whom to speak with once I got in the show room. KeKe greeted me in the parking lot and showed me where to park my Jeep that I traded in. I am a first time buyer and she explained the process. I was offered refreshments by anyone that saw me throughout the day. We laughed and talked and I got educated on the car buying process. It was the best experience ever. I recommend this dealership to any and everyone. They have a customer for life with me. More

We were trading in our 2012 Ford Explorer to get something a little smaller with better gas mileage. She and the management staff went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for. I cannot wait to purchase my next vehicle from her! More
Life Savers On the eve of loading my 2015 Explorer to move my daughter out of state, it would not start; no lights, radio, door locks = dead. I am stuck at 330 pm during downtown rush hour and panicking. It was inspected two days prior where the "other" dealer stated the battery was fine. I called Richmond Ford Lincoln (who I've dealt with in the past) and anxiously explained my situation. Sherry Moore stated that they had no appointments left that day but if I could get the vehicle to them, they would do their best to get it checked out. Ford's Roadside Assistance sent Fletchers Towing to help. The driver jump started my vehicle and followed me to the dealer to be sure I didn't stall. Once I arrived, Joey DeAlba caringly listened to my predicament, wrote up my ticket and kept me informed about the progress. At one point Joey went to Mike Romano (his Service Manager) on my behalf. I was never more relieved to find that it was just a dead battery but then Mike authorized a free replacement (warranty ended 3 days prior). RFL even gave the Explorer a quick wash! I cannot thank the Team at RFL enough for stepping up and showing they cared. They made me feel like much more than "a number". I am truly grateful for Sherry's, Joey's and Mike's actions and teamwork in easing my anxiety; and renewing my faith in the Service industry. Richmond Ford Lincoln is TOP NOTCH! Xterra Front Suspension Repair The front suspension of my Nissan Xterra had been damaged in an accident and I had trouble finding a shop to attempt a repair. They all said that the The front suspension of my Nissan Xterra had been damaged in an accident and I had trouble finding a shop to attempt a repair. They all said that the frame was bent and I needed to take the car somewhere else. Finally, Richmond Collision Center agreed to properly evaluate the damage and determined that the frame was not bent by measuring it with their frame machine. The estimator was very good and kept me informed each step of the way in repairing the front end. He selected an excellent mechanic for the work, the necessary parts were replaced, and the car repaired at a reasonable cost when I thought that I may have to sell it for its salvage value. I would highly recommend Richmond Collision Center for mechanical work which may be necessary following an accident. More

I met Mr. Mark Revely at Richmond Ford Lincoln when I was getting my other car serviced. He show me the crossovers, SUV and we test drove item. But the price was not where I wanted to be for that SUV. He contiune to negotiate the deal until both of us was satisfied with the deal made. Mr. Revely has been there for us, making sure the financing was what we agreed upon. Showing us how to setup features in the vehicle and the manuals were both inside the vehicle and he went the extra mile to insure the manual also was online in my email. Mr.Revely stayed with us for beganing. We also thank the new vehicle staff for all their assistant they provided in making this a smooth experience in buying this vehicle. More

I arrived at 9am when they opened and only test drove two vehicles and it was almost 2pm when I was finally able to drive off the lot with my new Escape. More

Awesome!!! So easy to work with I brought in a second car I have an older car, my mother only drove it once before she died Friday m cancer. Over the years the car needed some body work and new paint. Insura I have an older car, my mother only drove it once before she died Friday m cancer. Over the years the car needed some body work and new paint. Insurance would only cover a small part of the cost but was going to declare it totaled. Kari really understood why I wanted to hold on to the car. She really worked with me and the insurance company and found that fine line that mad the repairs affordable while keeping the auto nsurancr company happy. I was so empressd that when my son had a car accident two weeks later (different car) and insurance quoted the cost for repairs... I called Kari. She was able to cut a third of the cost and had the car back to my son faster then I could have hoped. I was so impressed with Kari that I've referred friends to her and am looking forward to working with her again. Several years ago I swore off Richmond Ford because how I was treated while looking to buy a truck. Kari has given me cause to rethink that decision . Thank you !!!! More
Worst car buying experience ever!!!! I purchased a preowned vehicle from here and the salesperson started out very nice. I would have recommended friends and family to him. I later found out that at least 3 of the features he said were on the vehicle were not. He even advised me that the vehicle took regular gas and the manufacturer actually recommends premium. When I followed up about the missing owners manual he told me I would have to print on my own from the internet or order one as it was not their responsibility as used vehicles may come without a manual. I asked about the second key and he said they would get it for me. When I called to inquire about the status of the ordered key he sent me a text advising that It was up to the customer to demand a second key (I thought that's what I was doing when I asked for the key.....at any rate I have been advised that the key is in). He told me he would provide a loaner when I brought the vehicle back for some minor repairs along with a window tint job to replace the one on the vehicle and when I attempted to arrange that his manager offered me a shuttle service. The experience is too upsetting and too much to totally outline here but I realize now I probably should have paid a bit more and gone with my gut and purchased at another dealership. Dino was the best person there to deal with and the finance person was pleasant and this the reason for the 2 stars. I see that some people have had a good exeperience but unfortunately I was not in that number. Very disappointing experience. More
