While, Irby was in a meeting, Tony and C.J. personally took care of this task, and I didn't have to walk or be inconvenienced. WOW! What a comforting feeling! They made my day!!! a great day!! More

First Car, Best Service This was my first upfront experience with purchasing a vehicle since it was going to be my own. My father and I have visited many times to test drives This was my first upfront experience with purchasing a vehicle since it was going to be my own. My father and I have visited many times to test drives several cars until we settled for a particular model. Justin Lynch, who was helping us at the times, was very helpful as well as friendly throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I found the right car even if it was from a different dealer. He had also took the constructive criticism well- even if worded poorly- and didn't give up on the search. Franco Perrone was also wonderful with the negotiations about the price with my father, who was not fluent in English and stubborn about price, and managed to find a happy medium that turned out to be an amazing deal. Throughout the whole process I was quite nervous, tense, as well as apologetic, but the staff here were wonderful, friendly, and did not give up on us in not only finding the right car but also the right price. The maintained such an amazing customer service until the end. For example, Cody Barr kept his mind open to any questions about the car as well as making sure my mother and I were not upset with any of the final details in terms of payment. There were no wry smiles and didn't give up until the very end. More

We found a good deal on a 2015 Ford Focus with very low mileage at the dealership, did our financing application online, and came in the next morning. James greeted us and took us out on the lot where we found our car. It was priced $500 more on the lot but he said they'd honor the lower price we saw online! We never felt pressured by James and never felt uncomfortable. He was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We had never done financing on a car either and were extremely nervous, but they were upfront about cost and Sof, the Finance Director, worked hard to get us an amazing deal and even have our old car towed away from the shop and resold at auction-we didn't have to do a thing besides shake on it and let them do the rest. Sof got us an extra great deal and worked hard to hear our needs and meet them. We felt incredibly confident with our interactions and our decisions with these two. The dealership also has incentives like free first oil change, which is nice as well. For an experience that could have been scary and very negative, we ended up leaving that morning with a new car and confidence in our decision. We're grateful for their good care of us as we made that big decision! We recommended another friend to them and they bought a new car the next week and had good things to say as well. Thank you to James and Sof and Richmond Ford for taking the fear out of that moment for us! More
