My journey began with Justin Lynch, Master Certified Product Specialist - Justin worked with me to find the exact vehicle I wanted and then explained everything to me while delivering the vehicle. Next I worked with Franco Perrone, the Sales Manager - Franco was able to work with me and get me the deal I wanted, and I was no easy sell. I also worked With Rochelle Edwards from Guest Services who was very informative about what would happen after the purchase of my car and who my service contact would be. I also worked with Daryl Edgerton, who was quite informative on add-ons that were available to me. Finally, I worked with Sof Yahiaoui, Finance Director who closed the deal. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed my experience buying my first Ford product. These people are smart, informative, professional and courteous. I love this team. So glad I got to meet them all. I let the salesman (Wayne) know I only had about I had previously inquired about the new 2017 Escapes and decided today to stop in and check them out. I let the salesman (Wayne) know I only had about an hour to test drive one and get my car appraised. "No Problem!" I test drove one and asked about getting an appraisal on a trade in. At this point, I had 20 minutes until I had to leave. 10 minutes later I was handing over the keys....it took that long to type in some basic info. in the process I had asked to see on the computer a specific model to which I was told very condescendingly "i'm getting there" So, 10 minutes later it's time for me to leave and I ask for the keys to the car. some man ( I didn't get his name so i'll refer to him as clown, pipes up and tell me " you can't leave, we have your car". As i'm walking to the exit, another guy comes up and promises to contact me with the value for my car and see what we can work out. No call. The dealership my wife and I stopped by later on sure didn't act this way. We're still working out a deal....they said thanks! More

Chucky was not only able to meet but exceed our expectations in getting the car to a price we can afford as well as a warranty. We feel supremely blessed to have run into Chucky on the lot and have found a car I only dreamed I'd be able to afford. More

I emailed George details of what I was looking for and he had several cars ready for me to look at. He took the time to explain and show me all the features and let me test drive the cars.
