The truck came in much sooner than expected and we are extremely happy with the purchase. I immediately called the Ford sales rep and met him later that evening. I brought along a friend who's been with me through trying times. Once we met and spoken to the sales rep, My friend and I both immediately understood the Great experience my coworker had shared with me and I with her.   I was in need of a reliable but yet affordable and comfortable transportation. Very pleasant buying experience. I was told at the other Ford dealership (Richmond Ford West) that the car I wanted to look at was moved to Richmond Ford, but had been sold. I hadn't been gone from Richmond Ford West 10 minutes before I got a call saying that Richmon Ford Lincoln DID have the car and it hadn't been sold. That was the car I bought. Justin was very helpful, pleasant and informative - no high pressure tactics. Sof, who handled finance arrangements, was also helpful & pleasant. My only complaint is the time it took to process the financing - we were there quite a while. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and overall, I was pleased with my experience at Richmond Ford Lincoln at 4600 W Broad St. More
