Phil made my day - again! Phil Noel has been a Godsend to my family. A little over a year ago, he "went far beyond the call of duty" and got me an excellent deal on a great car Phil Noel has been a Godsend to my family. A little over a year ago, he "went far beyond the call of duty" and got me an excellent deal on a great car to replace my totaled Taurus (someone ran a red light & caught me broadside.) Three days ago, my son's car was damaged avoiding an accident on 64. My son needs a car for his work, so we had to move fast to solve the problem. I looked at Richmond Ford first, since they've treated us well over the years. At first, it looked like financing might not be available for him, but Austin, the general Sales Manager reached out to us and said he wanted to work with us. I said great, can we work with Phil? Phil, Austin and the Finance manager managed to get my first-time-car-buyer son an affordable deal with a low interest rate on an excellent used Fusion (it's a REALLY nice car!) We wrapped up the deal this AM as the snow began to fall - everyone expedited the process so we could get out of there and get home safely before the worst of the storm hit. Throughout the whole process, Phil was the point man, handling everything smoothly & efficiently. He's not allowed to retire, because I don't want to buy a car from anyone else! I was dreading a car-buying experience because of the concerns I had about getting financed. Chris was absolutely amazing! He listened to what I wanted and found the perfect car for me. He was re-assuring when it came to the credit application. He and Austin worked diligently to get me to a number I was comfortable with, and NEVER made me feel pressured to make a decision I wasn't sure of. Linda did an excellent job of introducing me to the world of being a new car owner. And Casey was my hero! She worked harder for me than anyone ever has. She was not going to stop her quest to get me a better rate until she was absolutely positive it was the absolute best it could be. She blew me out of the water with how hard she worked for me. I love my new car and I love the service I received from everyone at Richmond Ford Lincoln. I WILL be back. And everyone I know will be encouraged to go there too. More

However, as I contin I was skeptical at first. At first glance, Richmond Ford's team appeared to be the same rigmarole you experience in car buying. However, as I continued toward purchasing a Certified Preowned vehicle and traded-in a high mileage, well maintained vehicle, I found they were different. I was certainly treated professionally. The negotiations regarding the ultimate price and other details were handled with respect and dignity. They also understood my interest regarding removal and replacement of after market modifications that had been done to the vehicle. These changes were made while a new loaner vehicle was provided during the repairs. More

Absolutely Amazing Experience!! I went to Richmond Ford on Christmas Eve Eve, not knowing that they were to be closed on Christmas Eve. I got there around 6:30 p.m., driving a Ford I went to Richmond Ford on Christmas Eve Eve, not knowing that they were to be closed on Christmas Eve. I got there around 6:30 p.m., driving a Ford Edge that I had just "bought" from Richmond Nissan. I realized that I should probably check out a Ford dealer if I was going to buy a Ford. Chris Gold started working with me, and diligently walked me around the lot. Nothing really seemed to fit my requirements and budget. After talking some, he showed me a 2013 Lincoln MKX. Based on what Richmond Nissan had told me, I was certain that they would not be able to work a deal out for that car. They did! Unbelievable!! Chris Gold followed me, and I returned the Edge to Nissan at 8:45 that night---the deal had still not been finalized---and I got my Murano back. We went back to Richmond Ford, I completed paperwork, and at 10:30 I was driving away in my new car. What service! They all stayed well past closing to get it done that night so that I could drive it to NC the next day! The deal was amazing! Nissan was offering me a 2011 Edge with 50,000 miles on it. The MKX was a 2013 with 35,000 on it. Chris, Austin, Mike and Casey came in almost $25 under my max monthly payment--which Nissan was pushing hard--and included a CPO warranty and Gap insurance! I could not have been more pleased, and recommend Richmond Ford to anyone who wants honest, conscientious, and attentive service. They do not play games with you. You will not be disappointed by Richmond Ford and the staff that works there! More

Really appreciative of the hard work I went to the Richmond Ford Lincoln with intention of getting a lease on a new vehicle. My car did not pass inspection previously so I was looking to I went to the Richmond Ford Lincoln with intention of getting a lease on a new vehicle. My car did not pass inspection previously so I was looking to use it as a down payment and get a new car. Both Austin and Justin worked incredibly hard to find me a great leased vehicle... Especially when I ended up deciding to buy! I ended up with a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium at a great price. We were wary about the dealership just because of the stigma of used car dealers, however we were pleasantly surprised when they found me exactly what I was looking for with a great price and great financing. I highly recommend. Word of advice: don't drink all the coffee and water they offer you. They're just trying to get you to have a sense of urgency so you'll sign faster!!!! (this is, of course, a joke) Definitely recommend Richmond Ford Lincoln. More
