I received a call from a young lady who was very pleasant to speak to and was able to find a truck for me to test drive the next day. To make a long story short, I was unable to purchase the truck I initially test drove but everyone on the sales team and in finance worked on finding the right truck at the right price. Difficult Request a Success Franco Perrone & Phil Noel worked with me for over a month to find a replacement to the 2013 Ford Edge Limited I had leased three years earlier from R Franco Perrone & Phil Noel worked with me for over a month to find a replacement to the 2013 Ford Edge Limited I had leased three years earlier from Richmond Ford Lincoln. I had decided my perfect vehicle was a 2016 Lincoln MKX Reserve FWD with 22 way power seats among other cool features. As this vehicle is a new redesign with unique options it was very difficult to find, but Franco tracked it from the factory to its destination in Savannah, GA where it was delivered on 12/21/15. Franco negotiated with Fairway Lincoln to get it and they along with Richmond Lincoln made it a reality. Franco's goal was to have the vehicle prior to Christmas and to his credit I took possession today, 12/23/15. The entire staff I dealt with were very accommodating and patient, answering all my many questions. I appreciate the service and after already three years of business will continue to speak favorably of Richmond Ford Lincoln to everyone. More

This was her first time purchasing a vehicle and she had no clue and I wanted her to have the experience of purchasing a car for herself. Chris showed her five cars, test drove two, and she end up purchasing the very first car we test road in the Ford Escape. She was afraid to drive. Chris made sure that it fit her and that she loved it before we even talked about prices, monthly fees or down payments. Chris made sure he was comfortable with everything before we went in to talk to Casey. Casey was the best. We told her what monthly payment my daughter was comfortable with and that's exactly what she got us; almost to the penny. It was almost as if she was making the loan to my daughter herself.
