Helped me get a few get a few paint issues taken care of with Chris Jones in the Collision Center, and even gave me a car to drive in the meantime. He is the best salesperson there, Bar(r) none. Finance managers Sofiane Yahiaoui, Darryl Edgerton, and Casey Longest worked me through the entire process, from getting me approved and getting my payment where I needed it to be, to coaching though which Extended Service plans were best for my situation and coaching me through how to get setup to pay online. Usually dealerships want to sell you this and that or make your payment much higher, but I did not really incur that with Richmond Ford. The price was as stated on vehicle, there was no haggling to deal with or any other BS. Stand firm in what you want and do not want and you will get the car that you like. I will say that Jason T. was very professional and courteous with me since I came and did my purchase just before closing time. I will be going back to see Jason for future purchases. I purchased a vehicle with a few flaws and Jason took care of me after the sale. This is in my eyes exceeding expectations of ensuring the customer is pleased with the transaction. More

She was in a bad accident but the Escape literally protected her so well from the person who hit her at 60 miles an hour that we definitely wanted to find a replacement. We wanted low mileage, non-smoker car -- and in searching the internet two 2013 models with 4WD came up. Kayla set up the appointment and were were assigned Chris Burnette. He was very patient and took us where she could drive in a safe environment to determine if this was the right car. He answered our questions well and made sure he was available. Since this was a cash deal and we were waiting for the check from the insurance settlement on the other car that was totaled - Chris also made it easy for us to complete the sale. The only part that we didn't like had nothing to do with Chris but with the gentleman in guest services that tried to sell us all the extras that we didn't want. We appreciated the no pressure style of Chris and will always ask for him in the future. More
