Excellent experience I hadn't looked at a car at a dealership or even considered purchasing and financing a car for so many years. I'd seen a car that interested me, but I hadn't looked at a car at a dealership or even considered purchasing and financing a car for so many years. I'd seen a car that interested me, but I'd pretty well talked myself out of looking at it. I'm very bad at remembering names but remember faces well...everyone was so nice to me here. After I'd checked the car out on the internet, they kept calling me to come in and look at it. Finally Austin called and was like the third or fourth person to tell me what a great car this was and I caved and came in. When I came in, everyone was so very nice to me...I came in trying to think positive but not expecting to drive the car off the lot that day. Nikki was my sales person and the whole process was pretty easy and painless. So after everything was submitted I sat and waited, hoping for the best. Next thing I know, Nikki is back with dealer tags and the keys...I say I have it? She said it looks like you're gonna get it to me. Jacob kept in touch with us during the process, but was never pushy. He was always polite and also personable. He was a great help in deciding which vehicle to buy. The vehicle which he presented as the best fit for us was the best fit. We bought it and have had it a week now. I keep looking for excuses to drive it. We will return to Jacob for our next vehicle and are recommending him to our friends.
