Can't recommend service here. When I tried to book some routine service, I was told the next available appointment was two weeks away. The night before, I was asked to reschedule until the following week. The promised service time was two hours, turned out to be nearly four. The cost of the service was over 20% above promised price. It pains me to say this as I've been coming to this dealer for years, but ... I'm not coming back More
All of the staff are service oriented, polite and go out of their way to help. Joey helped us figure out what to do about a rack system for our new truck. Just wanted to give a shout out to Joey Foust (Guest Services Manager). Joey helped to expedite my accessories on my new truck (leveling kit, oversize tires, spray in liner, and bed cover). My husband and I just bought a 2018 expedition , our salesman PJ was awesome. He was very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable of vehicle and if I texted him about a issue or question he responded i salesman PJ was awesome. PLEASE READ BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH RICHMOND FORD. I hope my experience can help someone. First off a little about myself. I have 2 college degrees. One in automotive technology, and a second in advanced engine performance. I have been an ASE certified master mechanic for 16 years. I have owned my own shop, and i am factory trained by Volkswagen and BMW. I recently purchased a used truck for $36000 from Richmond ford west. I was assured that the service department was very thorough when they inspected the truck before it was sold. Within the first week of driving the truck i noticed it had multiple OBVIOUS mechanical problems. I made an appointment and dropped it off to be checked over. The service department told me there was nothing wrong with the truck. i gave them 3 chances to figure out what was wrong with the truck and they couldn't. Eventually the dealership ended up buying the truck back. (I lost $2000 in the buy back) The service manager never took me seriously and came across like he didn't care. The service manager and the general manager of the dealership both told me i made up the problems with the truck. All in all it was a very bad experience. More

DO NOT GO TO RICHMOND FORD WEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I wish I could rate below a one star, and I would have looked at these reviews before bringing our Ford car here. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. The only reason we went here was because it was a warranty problem and it was close to us at the time. It was like pulling teeth for them to act on the issue and do anything. I had to get in touch with the service manager to get anything done and inform them of a COPUS order to get a part. I dealt with Chris Coffey in service and later a lady that were the WORST. Never return my calls, emails, never put in a COPUS order for the transmission module until a month and a half after having our car, never got us a rental car after saying they were getting us one, and had our car for over two months. We had relocated at this time so we had to spend additional money to go and pick up our car. As I said, do not take your car here. They are were the worst in service and providing good customer service. They are a large dealership, so they don’t realize where the problem stems from. More
