Ron and Jeanine Kody opened Richmond Ford West in May of 2013. This new location provides us with a second store in the Richmond Market, and the added convenience in supporting our customers utilizing the route 288, 64 and 295 corridors. Located close to the Short Pump area, we are utilizing the same strong business philosophies found at the Ford and Lincoln store. I am in the market for a new car, well used and I started my search at Richmond Ford. JonCarlos was the first to greet me. JonCarlos was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars that I was interest my search at Richmond Ford. JonCarlos was the first to greet me. We had an excellent purchase with Jason Tucker on our F-150 back in Sept 12. So good that my wife traded in her brand new vehicle purchased at Sheehy Ashland because she hated the horrible experience the F-150 back in Sept 12. So good that my wife traded in her brand new vehicle purchased at Sheehy Ashland because she hated the horrible experience there and purchased another vehicle from Jason Tucker. Then, recently my F-150 was in a wreck and is a total loss. We had help from the collision staff dealing with the insurance carrier getting the adjuster to see the vehicle.When we were told our truck was a total loss I called Jason Tucker.and within a day he found the vehicle that would best fit our needs and price. Anytime we need assistance, service or just reminders, Richmond Ford West has been excellent to deal with. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of, like at other dealerships. The General Manager, Mike Serpico is a stand up guy who gets the deal done to make everyone happy without any games or shrewd sales tactics.We can truly say they are honest people looking to help their clients get into the vehicle they want for the price they can afford! We recommend Richmond Ford West not only for the terrific products they sell, but for the experience you will have purchasing your next vehicle.
