Sari Medina and Lenny who check out my car to estimate what was wrong with my door. Honestly they explained everything so well, I know this is going to sound crazy but there was nothing wrong with my door and I was not charged anything. I have never had this happen where there is so much honesty in a car dealer. I highly recommend this Acura dealer, you can't go wrong. Thank you for your kindness and customer service. More

Arrogant and incompetent This morning I had a flat tire. When I went to go get my spare, I realized I had none. I called the dealer, I was informed that spare tires don't come with new cars. I wish I would've known it when I purchased my Acura MDX. OK no worries, I got towed to Ricky's Acura. Of course they take care of me right? Wrong. Took them almost 3 hours to change a tire. Every time I came in and asked where is my car, I said oh it's almost ready. After an hour and a half of almost ready's, I was ready to explode. To add insult to injury, when I asked how much it was to have the tire change, they told me $193. Of course the final bill was like $230. They neglected to add up all the fees. I could've gotten the same tire at Tire kingdom for Less with much better service. My entire day was ruined. I would never ever use this service center. More
Ripped Off!! Before Christmas, I took my 2006 Acura TL to Rick Case to have them investigate leaking transmission fluid. I agreed to pay the diagnostic charge to h Before Christmas, I took my 2006 Acura TL to Rick Case to have them investigate leaking transmission fluid. I agreed to pay the diagnostic charge to have them look and determine the cause of the leak. After running their diagnostics, they call back and tell me both Axel seals need to be replaced. In addition to the axel seals, they say you have bad motor mounts, power steering pump, and rack/pinion. I was told once I do this I would be all set. I agreed to pay the $2158 or so to get all the work done believing I'm finally going to be car-trouble-free for a while. I pick up the car take it back home...car is still leaking. Not only did they not fix the originally problem but they led me to believe I had to have all this additional work done. I then take the car back twice before George the mechanic finally stops their band-aid fixing and troubleshooting and finds the source of the leak. Final diagnoses is to rebuild or replace transmission. These people took my $2100, did not fix the issue, and could even return my call back when I called to talk to him about this fiasco - Yes you Tony Vrenna!! Stay away from these people, they don't care about genuinely fixing your car and saving you money. They will tell you all kinds of things to get you to spend money you don't need to spend. More
Great Customer Support and Troubleshooting I recently had the battery changed on my 2010 Acura MDX and was required to enter a security code in order for my Radio to work. I could not find the security code in any of the information that I had in my glove box. In one call to Mort Schwartz, he helped me troubleshoot the problem and found the necessary code in a database at the dealership. Fantastic customer service to handle my problem over the phone saving me time, money and effort, by not having to come to the dealership in person. Thank you Mort for your excellent customer service. Well done! More

The reason they gave me was it was not the same component. Good luck learning which components they touch when they try to fix. The info on the invoice may not represent the actual work. When I told them I will share my experience online, the service manager threatened me with not fixing my car thus causing additional hardship. So if you are not a car expert and/or has no experience dealing with people who have respect for what they do, try to find another service location for your car. This service does not deserve your business. More

Service appointment I went in on Saturday at 3:30 to have my car serviced. Oil change, tire rotation etc.... We went and sat in the waiting room for about an hour . While there a group of xxxxx which had no business being there walked in and started serving themselves hot chocalate and grabbing bags of potatoe chips which are intended for the customers. One of the personnel there asked them to leave and they just kept on, she had to literally tell them several times.... I could not believe this was happening at tick case Acura!!!!!!! I said to my boyfriend first and last time we will come here to this, anything could happen there. So a while later my service advisor for that day "Jason " comes in and says oh they are going to wash the vehicle and vacuum which is a complimentary service and I said oh ok thank you. I went to sit outside and was truly impressed on how the vehicles were being detailed ... When Jason says oh you car is ready I go to it and literally had to turn back as it was still wet all over the place and the vacuum inside, never happened..... Rick case has a lot of things to fix. I will never go back. Next time I need a service I will be going to pembroke pines Acura ... Much classier dealership!!!!!! I was very very disappointed with Rick case Acura . More

After years of having a very good experience at this dealer , I took my ZDX to be serviced and to have the trunk opener switch replaced. At the time to pick up my car, the service adviser told me that " dealer , I took my ZDX to be serviced and to have the trunk opener switch replaced. At the time to pick up my car, the service adviser told me that "by accident they broke my rear lights". "They had no idea what they were doing", (words of the general manager when he saw what happened) so now,two weeks later, after I email and call the service manager (no response) and visited to dealer and talk to the General Manager I am still waiting for the dealer to call me so they can take care of what they did. No one took responsibility to resolve this in a timely manner. I also contacted Acura Client Relations, and to make this more funny, they are still waiting for the dealer to respond. Horrible customer service, at Rick Case Acura,you do not get what you paid for. More
