Mr. Frohlich, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It is appreciated. I have done an internal investigation at the Dealership and identified that the service breakdown was twofold. The Service Advisor that you were initially working with, Kurt had an emergency and had to leave temporarily leaving Andy to follow up on the tire pricing. Secondly, there was a disconnect between the Service Advisor and the Parts department regarding this as well. In relation to the spare tire kit, It is part of the Sales Consultants Delivery process to review the features of the vehicle including the tire inflator kit which is located in the trunk area of your vehicle. This Tire Inflator Kit, along with Roadside assistance can assist you in getting to the nearest Acura Dealership for repair or replacement of your tire. I have addressed to the General Sales Manager to provide reinforcement training to the Sales Consultant to ensure that does not happen again. I am so sorry that you were not provided the level of customer service that you deserve. As a concrete token of appreciation, can I offer you your next Oil Change and Tire Rotation free of charge? SEACHING_FOR_QUALITY_SERVICE; Unfortunately, it seems that you were unable to recognize good service when you experienced it. You chose to visit our dealership with a 15 year old, 148,000 mile vehicle that was poorly maintained over the years. We repaired the Power Steering Pump at a fair price and performed the work in a timely manner. When you returned in need of another part to be replaced that was not included in the earlier repair, you accused us of “They charged me twice for the same job not honoring their own service warranty. The reason they gave me was it was not the same component.” You further stated “The info on the invoice may not represent the actual work.” As is common in vehicles with this type of history, another part subsequently failed. The part in question was NOT included in the original work. That isn’t subject to your opinion, but rather to the accurate details of Repair Orders and any related invoices. Your statements were untrue and insulting, but in an attempt to assist and satisfy you, we installed the additional part at our cost and did not charge for labor We appreciate constructive critism, but your claims are without any factual basis.
