Service advisor from xxxx I was having a good morning until I met my Rick Case Honda service advisor. The reason for visiting their service department was a scheduled air bag r I was having a good morning until I met my Rick Case Honda service advisor. The reason for visiting their service department was a scheduled air bag recall, I was given a 3 hour estimated time of completion over the phone and a 2 hour estimated time of completion by my service advisor. It was all good until he learned that I was leaving the dealership. When I tried to re-confirm the completion time he repeatedly said he will call me when the car was ready. The exchange left me feeling like I was at his mercy, and that I would never shop at any Rick Case dealerships. Long story short, I didn’t receive a call, after 4 hours I went back to the dealership with the intention of going somewhere else. The car was ready for pickup. My service advisor’s explains that he tried calling but got no answer. After checking he admitted that he didn’t call the right number. More
