While the Service Advisor Jimmy Richardson was extremely nice and helpful conducting himself in a very professional way, the other people were very unprofessional while asked for help and trying to take adv nice and helpful conducting himself in a very professional way, the other people were very unprofessional while asked for help and trying to take advantages of customers, breaking contracts. Very disappointed with the way they present contracts and mislead people to buy repair coverage that they will not honor. Car had been damaged by the dealership but service manager would not take responsibility and was insinuating the damage had been done prior. My battery died, so after getting road service I went to Rick Case ... I was told "the service manager said no unscheduled service today" ... apparently they are having staffing issues ... I replied that I' Rick Case ... I was told "the service manager said no unscheduled service today" ... apparently they are having staffing issues ... I replied that I'd had a dead battery and had bought 5 cars from them so turning me away was NOT the direction to take ... a salesman standing by told them to take me (and tried to sell me a new car) ... the young man writing up my order tried to discourage me from replacing the battery ... 3.5 years old and dead that morning and he thinks i should keep it? I dont think I've ever worked so hard to spend money someplace. When I went back 5 hours later to get my car, my "writer" was away from his desk so I was told to just hang there til he came back. After about 8 minutes someone walking by said "someone will be with you shortly" ... later they decided to actually call the writer of the repair and track him down. Ultimately, the work got done ... but I felt like more of a nuisance than a valued customer ... and finding out that there was a recall on my auto of which I'd never been informed was the icing on the cake ... the faulty wiring to the headlamps has resulted in my replacing both of the fog lamps .. might have been nice if Hyundai/Case cared enough to let one know there was an issue. really mixed emotions on how this shop is running these days.
