The service department should have told me they were too busy to get my tire fixed but failed to do that. I took the car to tire Kingdom and had the job done in 15 minutes. Hearing other customers complaining of the 3 1/2 hours they were there I would say take the car to Jiffy Lube and be done in 30 minutes not 3 1/2 hours at a dealership poor ratings for service in the service department.
