Customer service is alive and well! I was doing a little research on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata at Rick case that had 15k miles on it. Upon arrival I was greeted by Johnathon Rosario. He led I was doing a little research on a 2010 Hyundai Sonata at Rick case that had 15k miles on it. Upon arrival I was greeted by Johnathon Rosario. He led me into the showroom and I explained to him that I was interested in the vehicle mentioned. He then retrieved it and proceeded to accommodate my requests while inspecting the car. His endless patience and cooperation helped me to feel at ease and to focus on the vehicle, which was coincidentally as close to flawless as you can get. In spite of thinking that I was still in a research phase of shopping, I realized that this was an immaculately maintained vehicle that would not be here in the following days If I hesitated. Jon never pressured the decision, he answered every question regarding the vehicle I could throw at him with patience and respect, understanding that the quality of the car had caught me by surprise. The price negotiation was fair and lacked the typical games some dealerships choose to play with customers. Jon was able to get me a payment that fit my budget and an interest rate that beat my credit unions offer. Mind you, by the time I he gone to settle the financing with another great employee by the name of Ozzie fonseca, it was close to 10 pm. We left the finance office as the dealership was closing for the night with an outstanding vehicle and value, but Jon's dedication didn't end there, he was in the parking lot, waiting for us to transfer out all of my belongings from my trade in to the new car. As we did this, I had one last request of him, which involved removing the trailer hitch from my old car to have it mounted to the Hyundai at a later date. He assured me that he would do all he could to have it taken off and set aside for me. We kept in contact for the next two days regarding the hitch, and I was able to pick it up 3 days after purchasing the sonata. Jon's commitment to customer service is a tremendous credit to Rick case Hyundai, he went above and beyond the call of duty for me, and for that, I highly encourage anyone interested in buying a new or or pre owned car to seek him out. He understands that the customer is king. More
