Love this dealership I, like many others, do not like the process of buying a car. I do not like the game played, they ask what I want to pay, they make a much higher of I, like many others, do not like the process of buying a car. I do not like the game played, they ask what I want to pay, they make a much higher offer, I make a counter offer, and it goes on and on. Why can't I just go in and make an offer and have my salesman make a reasonable counter offer? Marty is a good salesman, but Fares kept trying to get an extra $5-10 monthly added to my financing. We were promised a price, (same or loewr than my present payment) and of course at final agreement it was upped by $5+. This was a bit annoying. I truly love my Hyundai and this dealership is better than most, but why must it be such an aggravating process? Please reward Marty, as he is a terrific salesman and person! Donovan was very nice as well. More
