I had a service visit on Saturday, 12/14/2013, with Ernest Bynes - excellent service technician - knowledgable, friendly, understanding, patient ... he is the reason I decided to purchase a new vehicle Ernest Bynes - excellent service technician - knowledgable, friendly, understanding, patient ... he is the reason I decided to purchase a new vehicle and trade in my 2006 Hyundai Sonata GLS, for a new, 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS w/ Popular Equipment Package. Great choice, wonderful service technician. A true asset to the dealership. I then worked with Ted Goldberg (Finance Manager), as well as Orlando Martinez (Sales Manager) and Luis Rafael Giraldo (Sales Consultant) on my new vehicle, on Thursday, 12/19/2013. I walked in to the dealership asking for Ted Goldberg at 6:00p (I had always respected him as a sales professional for several years at the dealership, and wanted to work with him directly, but found out he was now a finance manager). I had an amazing experience all the way around. My sales consultant, Luis Rafael Giraldo, was kind, understanding, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way as a sales professional to answer any questions I had and helped me to select the best vehicle for my needs, now, and going forward. I would recommend anyone to work with Rafael as a sales professional. He listened to my needs and was intuitive in his recommendations. Ted is a true asset to the dealership also - knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with me to help secure the best deal for my needs as well as his - very honest professional. Orlando Martinez - a credit to the Rick Case organization - I worked with him directly 7 years ago, in Oct. 2006 when purchasing my last Sonata. Orlando is smart, dedicated, loyal, knowledgeable, and a credit to the industry and his company, where he has worked since 1995! I love working with Orlando - he's direct, but fair.
