My experience at Rick Case Hyundai was different than any other car dealer I have been to, I am impressed. Everyone is genuinely nice. Kiel proved to me from the beginning he was going to help and make any other car dealer I have been to, I am impressed. Everyone is genuinely nice. Kiel proved to me from the beginning he was going to help and make my car buying stress free. I was not pushed into a decision and the atmosphere in the showroom was calming (except for Jimmy). It felt like I was in a dream because of the respect and patience I was shown throughout my transaction. I do have one complaint.........Jimmy Buffett was playing in the showroom NON STOP! Not the best choice of music switch it up a little bit okay? :( I gave a good review why? because I was treated fair and when all was done I had a really good time buying a vehicle. More

I purchased a Hyundai 9 years ago. my car had 99,000 miles. It still was working good however, I wanted to get a new car. I have to say that my salesman Marty Silverman was very professional and I felt he wasn't pushy and considered my needs to what i could afford. I purchased a pre owned certified 2013 Hyundai Elantra with only 170 miles which I was pleased. I would have liked my car payment to be $200.00 a month but it was close $249.00. I did get one free oil change but would have liked at least 2 more. I did receive Rick Case book and started reading it and find it very interesting especially the part that Mr case said that he would treat his customers like they were his family. I wanted to wish all a Happy New Year! More
