Wonderful buying experience. Chad Dangervil, customer relations manager, called as soon as the new vehicle in the color choices I wanted came in. He worked up a deal and then reworked it and we agreed on a price. Then Jean Jacques, finance manager, met with me to discuss adding extra time to the bumper-to-bumper warranty. We figured out my annual driving amount and he offered several choices, and helped me pick the right one. Chad then took time to go over new features and when I go back for some additional cleaning (it was in the evening when we closed), he said to be sure to write down any questions and he’d be happy to answer and review any of the new features again. This car drives like a dream and has all the automatic features and conveniences I was looking, and has great pickup and go! Thank you Chad and Jean. More

Poor service no respect for the customer I had to I was yelled at because I did not have an appointment while my car was already in there custody. Awesome experience trading in our car for another, Got there an hour before closing and Jason (salesman) had our transaction handled and my wife in her new car few minutes after closing. Unfortunately the service dept was closed already so we had to go in the next day to retrieve the mats and when we got in the finance guy from the night before came to us to inform us that he was able to trim our payments down. Would definitely recommend Rick Case Hyundai to anyone. Really appreciate all the customer service and the above and beyond attitude we were given. More
