I can understand being short staffed due to Covid, but by now, they need to get their act together. This is my fourth visit over the past year servicing a vehicle I purchased there. All the visits (had appointments for all of them) taking way too long. Last time I was there, my simple oil change took 3 hours. There are places that advertise you'll be out in 30 minutes! Today, I had an oil change and a brake service. I was there for almost 6 hours. That's 6 hours with just a soda machine on the premises and no place at all within walking distance to get a meal or a coffee. Worse than a regular workday, all you do is pace around and wait. Service advisor Tom always gives excellent service, but there's nothing he can do about the wait if the techs don't show up to work. That needs to get fixed, or I won't be going there anymore. More
