The service area is terrible. Took over 6 hours for an oil change. Nobody will update you. Just horrible. Al told me 2 hours tops. I had to call him after 4 hours of waiting, only to find out they hadn't oil change. Nobody will update you. Just horrible. Al told me 2 hours tops. I initially came for a oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM around 9:30AM they just finished with that service. I had additional service done which had me leaving after 10:00AM. When service rep Ernest Bynes brought my car to me, inside of my car had some sort of gas/fuel smell/fumes inside. It was so strong I had to drive with my windows down trying to air out my car. I am not happy with the customer service at this location. This will be my first and last time going to Rick Case Hyundai off 441 at Sunrise. I bought my car from Coggin Hyundai dealership in Deland Florida. At Coggin I never waited so long just for a oil change or received my car back smelling like fumes after. More

I can understand being short staffed due to Covid, but by now, they need to get their act together. This is my fourth visit over the past year servicing a vehicle I purchased there. All the visits (had app now, they need to get their act together. This is my fourth visit over the past year servicing a vehicle I purchased there. All the visits (had appointments for all of them) taking way too long. Last time I was there, my simple oil change took 3 hours. There are places that advertise you'll be out in 30 minutes! Today, I had an oil change and a brake service. I was there for almost 6 hours. That's 6 hours with just a soda machine on the premises and no place at all within walking distance to get a meal or a coffee. Worse than a regular workday, all you do is pace around and wait. Service advisor Tom always gives excellent service, but there's nothing he can do about the wait if the techs don't show up to work. That needs to get fixed, or I won't be going there anymore. More
