Where to start.... Wife and I looked everywhere and finally found a car online at Rick Case Hyundai. The price was good and they had the car in stock we needed for our family. Then I was contacted by finally found a car online at Rick Case Hyundai. The price was good and they had the car in stock we needed for our family. Then I was contacted by Braxton, great young man and did what he could to help. we filled out the online forms and everything was done. All they had to do was deliver the car. Then we get a phone call where we are told they can't sell the car for the price advertised and that it was going from 43k to over 46k. I'm now being told, after we are planning on getting our old car ready and taking time off from work, that they all of a sudden want over 3k more than what we agreed upon. Turns out the manager ( I believe Stephen was his name) told the salesman that he couldn't sell us the car because they advertised it incorrectly for some simple little door scratch guards and paint coating.....3,000 DOLLARS???? I would not do business with these people if they were the last people left to purchase from. They sure can't and won't stand behind their word or advertised price. Also, after all this we find out they still may have ran our credit (that is waiting for confirmation from the salesman so don't hold me to this). More
