I called and left Fares a message. In reality, Fares' lack of availability on-site the day I was mistreated & disregarded at this dealership is what led to Bill stepping-in to act in the managers place, as if he had any authority, knowledge, or power to do so; which he clearly does not as he isn't even listed as part of management or sales teams on this site. Donovan was sitting right there the entire time though and decided not to intervene or assist. Had Fares been able to speak to me when I was directed by my service associate to "go talk to Fares", I probably would have never been completely disrespected by an extremely rude & unhelpful Bill. Not saying Fares would have been any better (at this point I have 0 faith in anyone at this establishment) but being that he is the GM I'd sincerely hope that AT LEAST he has undergone actual customer service training on a professional level.
