If i could give 0 stars i honestly would. The customer service i have received today from KARIM has been an absolute nightmare. I dropped my car off for my oil change he didn’t review anything with me he service i have received today from KARIM has been an absolute nightmare. I dropped my car off for my oil change he didn’t review anything with me he didn’t give me an estimated time when my car would be finished. An hour later i receive a text message that my car is ready and paperwork is at the cashier. Arrived at the dealership ready to pay the cashier informs me my paperwork is not there and i must report to KARIM to see if he had the paperwork. No one knew where he was no one knew where the paperwork was i waited nearly 45 min then i finally saw him and when he saw me he didn’t even acknowledge me as if i wasn’t his client he walked right past me to get coffee and when i told him the paperwork isn’t there he caught an attitude with as if they’re all not a partnership there. My husband attempted to speak with him in regards to the inconvenience and his response was “my job is done it’s the cashiers job now” and walked away as my husband was in mid sentence. Not even an apology was given from him. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership and truthfully I’m never going back. There’s a million places that service cars with better customer service. If you go here I DO NOT RECOMMEND KARIM! More

Awful experience Andres Barrera was the salesman who deceived me. Very unprofessional and for lack of a better word a thief. At the moment of signing the contract as part of the deal to buy the new car they promised to pay the 3 remaining payments of my trade in. Believing in what we had talked and agreed upon I didn't take a second look at the contract to make sure everything was written. To my surprise 2 months later I get a call and a bill from Hyundai financial telling me that I haven't paid the balance. I immediately called Andres Barrera and Omar Hajira (from finance) to find out what happened and their answer was that they don't recall our verbal agreement and that they only know whatever is written in the contract. At this moment I'm doing whatever is possible to recover my money. More

Waited 2 hours for an oil change with an appointment and another half hour to have my wiper washer checked. Turned out it needed a new motor which they put in for $80 parts, $149 labor and then the nerve to another half hour to have my wiper washer checked.
