Worst customer service ever. Took my Sante Fe in for service for brake lights staying on. I saw the service advisor in my car on his cell phone for several minutes. After waiting outside my car for several minutes, he got out, & did not speak to me, just went to his podium inside. During the whole time he was typing my ticket, he was on his phone, only acknowledging me when it was time to sign. When I called later about my car I was told he tried to call several times, but I received no call. More

4hrs and service was incomplete Arrived on time for my scheduled appt made the previous day at 1145am. Good. Bad oil change and battery replacement was needed oil change started 25 m Arrived on time for my scheduled appt made the previous day at 1145am. Good. Bad oil change and battery replacement was needed oil change started 25 min later rep informed of possible induction cleaning and cabin filter and another item I declined then didn't here anything again until 1:30. Then said having trouble getting authorization for third party warranty of battery. Which was purchased through this dealer. Finally was told at 245 company responded to authorization new battery minus labor. Had to pay out of pocket for install of battery. Paid. Then wanted to check everything because of past service issues of incompletion. Spoke with service manager and windshield fluid and radiator was topped off after I said something. After 25 min later the car was completed. 4hr to do these easy service functions ridiculous. Paul Goodwin More

Service Department My name is Florence S.,and had an appointment scheduled with Mr Ernest but unfortunately he was on vacation (don't understand how that happened but an My name is Florence S.,and had an appointment scheduled with Mr Ernest but unfortunately he was on vacation (don't understand how that happened but anyway). So across from Ernest desk was another rep Karim,so he said anyone of us could help you so I gave him my phone number so he could pull up my info. So I did and he did everything or so I thought. So I left and returned 3hrs later to find my car in the same spot. He was no where to be found, Mr Tom,Nate and Sam called his cell phone and paged him but know one got any response. Later he showed up a d I ask him what was going on with my car and he rudely replied they working on it,so then I pointed it out to him sitting there then he got even more rude. Sat there and put his head on the desk. This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY TIME CO.COMING TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI.IT GOT SO BAD I COMPLAINED TO MR.TOM SERVAL TIMES,ENDED UP GETTING A NEW REP AND WAS AWESOME . His name is Roger....So big thanks to Mr. Tom, Sam,Nate and Roger. Karim need a lot more training in customer service. He is AWFUL AND NASTY... More
