My only issue with the dealer ship is that donovan Jaehrling lied to me about my montly payments amount when initially got the car. I simply went to the dealer ship for an oil change back in December 15, 2018 and floor manager Luis convinced me to trade in my 2016 Tucson to 2019.Luis told me that donovan was the best and my payment was only going to be increased by $70 which was a lied. I got my bill a month later and it was $200 more than what I was paying before. I felt like I was robbed because I specifically told Luis and donovan that I was on a tight budget since was expecting a new baby and now I'm currently struggling to keep up with my montly payment. The worst part of it all is that I tried contacting the dealer ship about and nothing was done. More

Total Rip off Took my car in because the interior lights in the inside of the car flickers. In order to see if I need a new bulb or whatever it cost $144.00 just to Took my car in because the interior lights in the inside of the car flickers. In order to see if I need a new bulb or whatever it cost $144.00 just to run the diagnostic test. After finding out that the test is just a way to say oh it’s the electrical problem and if I didn’t have extended warranty it will cost me $1000.00 ohhh but catch this the $144.00 will be deducted from the $1000. Long story short they fix the recall seat belt problem but I’m out of 166.00 that’s with tax and fees. xxx I will go to a shade tree mechanic and I will never return. I’m soo upset. 😡😡 More

Needs improvement on customer service I went to get an oil change and other service done without an appointment as I usual do but this morning I pulled up and it took someone 8 minutes to I went to get an oil change and other service done without an appointment as I usual do but this morning I pulled up and it took someone 8 minutes to approach me. When I arrived, there was only 4 cars there included my car. The other people got dealt with and I was just sitting in my car waiting until John S approaches me and asked how he could help me. I appreciate John for that. Normally by 11 or so I’m usually out of there. Keep in my there is usually more people waiting for service so today I thought it would be quick with less people but today my car was done at 1:42. I didn’t stay because I figured I can do other stuff while waiting. So when I got the call to say my car was finished I went right over to find after paying my car was blocked in by another car that went to get their service done too. A nice gentleman that was standing by went to get one of the service guy to move it. It took the device people a while to come out. I’m just appalled by how the company don’t take into consideration the customer service section of their. Company. I bought my car at this dealership. I’ve been going there for service ever since. If the customer service don’t change I’ll have to go somewhere else. I once again want to say thanks to John S for helping me today. I appreciate it it. More
Excellent handling of a recall issue Jose was a great customer service rep. I came just for an oil change and he informed me that my 2018 Sonata had a problem with the electrical harnes Jose was a great customer service rep. I came just for an oil change and he informed me that my 2018 Sonata had a problem with the electrical harness interacting with a new computer software update they installed in the car during my last service visit He said the dealership would provide a free rental car until My car had the new electrical harness problem fixed.which could take 3 days or longer. Jose also explained there have been been cases where the harness replacement didn’t solve the problem and in those cases Rick Case put a brand new engine in the car and provided a loaned a free loaner car for as long as it took to order and install a new engine. The repair was made in exactly 3 days and so far the car is running great again. I appreciated the honest explanation of the electrical harness problem ... and how Rick Case would handle the situation and provide a free car for however long the repair took.. 5 stars to Jose and Rick Case More
