While he is on the way back me and girl are checking the car on cars.com and as he is arriving the price refresh's and goes up by 2k. The sales person then says the online offer was from another date which makes no sense. After this I started losing faith into what this dealer was telling me but I continued to see if an agreement could be made on the vehicle price. But as I question a reconditioning 1299 fee (beside dealer fee of 699) the sales person explains that this is to get the 10 year 100,00miles KIA Manufacture Warranty. Honestly actions like these are examples in why people lose faith in dealerships. More

There are some shining stars, Daniel Gray is one of them. But he is limited by the institutional limitations. It is clear he is forced to "up-sell" customers and make suggestions of repairs that are purely optional. I've witnessed other Service Writers prey on unsuspecting customers saying, "If this were my family, I wouldn't let them ride on these bald tires. They are a safety hazard." An unsuspecting customer could easily spend much money on unneeded repairs. Elvis G., the service manager is nothing more than a "Yes Sir" guy who agrees to everything and does nothing. Don't bother complaining to him, he is useless. His only concern is Survey Ratings and how he looks to his supervisors. And lastly it always seems to be that the Courtesy Shuttle driver is "off" the day I take my car in. I don't have 3+ hours to wait for an Oil Change, and given they don't have an Express Lube or Rapid Oil Change set up, it could take half-a-day for an oil change. Every time I'm there the Shuttle Driver happens to be off, unavailable, or called in sick. As I've been told often, "we don't have enough mechanics to handle the work load. We are doing the best we can." This survey forces us to select a Person We Have Worked With" but the 3 service writers I've worked with are NOT listed. Rapid turn over is clearly a problem as well. The next time I bought a car, he was in the Finance Department. Both times he was accommodating, honest and I felt I was in good hands. My only criticism is one is required to pay a $1,000 fee for discounted gas and unlimited car washes; this dealership has no gas pumps, and the car wash is "out of order" at least 50% of the time. Nobody seems to care that the car wash is often out of order. More
