Rick Case Kia dealer lied to me They will lie to you just to get the sale. Salesman Houssine text me about exchanging my lease for a new kia, he told me that I qualified for Kia vehi They will lie to you just to get the sale. Salesman Houssine text me about exchanging my lease for a new kia, he told me that I qualified for Kia vehicle exchange program for my old lease to trade for a new lease and owe nothing on my old lease. After exchanging my old lease for a new lease I got billed $4000 for my old lease wear and tear overages and tires. I got this bill 2 months after I got my new car. The financing person named Ted never disclosed that part. When I spoke to him after the fact he told me he didnt have to disclose that because it was disclosed to me 3 years ago!!!!When I called the sales manager Anthony Larson he stated there was nothing he could do for me. I told him I had text messages for his salesman showing I was promised I would trade in my lease without owing anything else on it but he didnt care he didnt even want to give me his email address to see these text messages. I told him I couldn't afford to pay $4000 for my old car on top of my new car payment and he did not care. Same sleazy lying salesman here. I thought Rick Case Dealers were better than this. I also called the general Manager Jimmy Contreas leaving multiple voice messages and no he didnt even bother to call me back. Bad salesman bad finance department Ted that lies and tries to upsell at all cost and bad manager Anthony Larson, and Jimmy Cotreas didt care enough to call me back. More

I went in looking to buy a new car, while still owing money on my previous car. I got a very fair offer for my trade in right off the bat. Rick Case Kia in Sunrise is at a whole different level! not only i drove back home on a brand new Kia Forte =) but i also found a group of people who made me feel welcomed, pampered and helped when needed. they're probably the most professional and detail oriented workers out there... and on top of that thy're also extremely friendly. Caroll Gil is probably the most remarkable example of how being professional and being fun to talk to can merge and create the ultimate 'buying a brand new car experience' can't wait to get my oil change now =) so i can have them taking care of my ride again =) More
