She listened attentively and made sure that all my questions were answered. She made the paperwork that comes along with a car purchase as streamlined as possible. She never seemed rushed and was incredibly freindly throughout the entire process. She was efficient and customer freindly-ALWAYS a great combination! Cleo Ricks, the finance manager, was as entertaining as he was efficient. He made sure that I didn't wait forever and kept my friend and i laughing as he completed all the paperwork. I can not speak highly enough of the team at Rick Case Kia! Vernon, Viktor, Jerry, & Cleo were all a part of making my first car buying experience great. I walked in and Viktor greeted me, hearing about my headache with the other location he turned me to Jerry. I would have never guessed Jerry was a GM by the amount of time he took to listen to my situation, explain the options, and make sure I got the car I wanted. The next day Viktor spent his day off driving to Perry to pick up the exact car I wanted. Talk about awesome customer service! Cleo in finance made sure I understood everything I was signing and that I didn't leave with any questions. He even stayed pass close so that I could get home with my car that night. The overall experience at this dealership has been fantastic. Within a minute of me getting of my car to look at Sorento's Sean Allen was right there asking if I needed any help. He was great.
