Overall the issue was resolved which was great for me. However, there was some issues with the service. It was difficult to get an appointment. I arrived early for my appointment Monday morning. They were busy that day and probably didn’t diagnosis it until the Tuesday morning. That was fine, but I called a few times Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning but could not reach a service rep for a status on my car. I reached out to the main site and sent a message, which soon afterwards I started receiving messages from the dealership and service departments. They were even able to fix the minor issue as well that morning. It would have been nice to get a call or message Monday afternoon just letting me know that the car will be diagnosed Tuesday. The service department was very kind and busy. Again, I just needed better communication from the beginning. Overall I’m glad they were able to diagnose and find the problem and resolve it that same day. More
