Rodolfo in the Service Dept was great. Cost of repair was ridiculous ! The problem was with the Navigation SIM Card. I relayed the problem while making the appointment. I am sure many of you have replaced your own Navigation SIM when updates come out and GM will mail them to you for about $100.00. My vehicle quit recognizing my card which from what I understand was a common issue on the 2019 Sierra Denali's. I have an extended warranty and initially thought this would be covered. Rodolfo contacted me and said that the warranty company would not cover the card. They quoted the cost and I did approve it because I wanted this annoyance behind me. The cost to replace this card was $700.00, that is ridiculous. Regardless of the quality of their service I will find someone else to do my service in the future as this was way over priced. More
