I received an urgent alert on my truck regarding my transmission two days before leaving to go out of town. I immediately texted Daniel Ortega on a Friday afternoon. He told me to bring it in Saturday transmission two days before leaving to go out of town. I immediately texted Daniel Ortega on a Friday afternoon. He told me to bring it in Saturday morning. They had it fixed within a few hours. I am very thankful for Daniel and the service team. Daniel is my go to and always gets me scheduled quickly for oil changes and service. I have purchased two used Corvettes from Hendrick and had two Corvettes serviced there. They did a great job. I traded two Corvettes to buy the two Corvettes from them and they gave me a great deal. Also during my service experience, the tech made a video showing what parts needed to be replaced and he emailed it to me. It doesn’t get any better than that. More
I am dissapointed that I had to pay $984 for labor on a shifter that has been replced twice. A shifter is not a consumable part. Its was replaced in 2020, then 2025 on a 2017 Acadia.
