WE DROPPED OFF OUR VEHICLE THAT NEEDED ATTENTION WITH THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. JEFF IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, TOOK CARE OF MY WIFE'S VEHICLE AND ADDRESSED THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT & ALSO TOOK CARE OF A RECALL CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Came in to drop off car for service, 4 service writers with no one in front of them. Wasn't helped had to as for help, when I did was cut off while asking and told "gimme a second well be with you". That service writer proceeds to help someone out in service. I ask agian, hey is there anyone who can just help me right quick im just dropping off a car? One of the four spoke up and said "well ve right with you". Then asked someone At a desk behind them to see if they can help me. At this time the young lady actually greeted me and acted accordingly. Which was great to see someone who actually cares. The other service writers who couldn't help me were all grown men by the way.. So dont take your car here , buy another brand so you dont have to deal with being brushed off. More
