Not only did he locate the exact car I was after, he talked through pros and cons of different options and gave me the time to make decisions. At one point, we were waiting to hear back from a sister dealership and were starving. Nabin took me in his personal car to grab chipotle. Covered the bill and everything. It’s the little personal touches like this that make all the difference.
